Acceptable Use Policy

This policy keeps Finqware safe, respectful and reliable for every customer. It applies to everyone who accesses the platform, uploads content, or uses the API.

Last updated · July 10, 2026

1. Prohibited content

You must not upload, generate or share content that is:

  • Illegal under applicable law.
  • Sexually explicit, including any content involving minors.
  • Violent, threatening, harassing, hateful or discriminatory.
  • Infringing the intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights of others.
  • Deceptive or intentionally misleading, including deepfakes of real people without consent.

2. Prohibited behaviour

You must not use the platform to:

  • Reverse engineer, scrape or clone the service beyond what is permitted by law.
  • Circumvent rate limits, credit accounting, security controls or authentication.
  • Distribute malware, run denial-of-service attacks or probe our infrastructure without written permission.
  • Resell or sublicence outputs as a competing generative design service.
  • Use uploaded content for model training or benchmarking of third-party AI systems without a separate agreement.

3. Responsible AI outputs

Generated designs are AI-assisted proposals. You are responsible for reviewing them before implementing anything in a real workspace, and for making sure the final design complies with fire safety, accessibility and other applicable regulations. Do not present AI renders as photographs of existing spaces without disclosure.

4. Security & vulnerability reporting

If you discover a security issue, please report it to [email protected] instead of exploiting it. We commit to acknowledging valid reports within 3 business days and to keeping researchers informed about remediation progress.

5. Enforcement

Violations can lead to warnings, feature suspensions, credit forfeiture or account termination, depending on severity and history. Serious violations may be reported to the competent authorities. Where reasonable we contact you before taking action so you can respond.

6. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect new abuse patterns, product changes or legal requirements. The "last updated" date at the top of the page always reflects the current version.

This policy is maintained by Finqware to explain the product's current practices in plain language. It is not a certification and does not create additional legal warranties beyond those written in the Terms of Service.
