Privacy Policy

We designed Finqware to work with the minimum amount of personal data required to deliver premium workspace design. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you stay in control.

1. Who we are

Finqware ("we", "us", "our") operates the ai workspace design platform available at this site. When you purchase credits, upload photos of a workspace or contact us, we act as the data controller of the information you provide.

For any privacy-related question you can reach us at [email protected].

2. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to run the product:

  • Account data. Name, email, hashed password, workspace preferences.
  • Order data. Credit purchases, invoices, chosen payment method, promo codes.
  • Design inputs. Photos of the workspace you want redesigned and any briefing notes you attach.
  • Technical data. IP address, device, browser and basic usage events collected through first-party analytics.

3. How we use it

Your data is used to authenticate you, generate workspace designs from the photos you upload, process payments, respond to support requests, and improve product quality. We never sell your data and we do not use uploaded photos to train third-party foundation models.

5. Sharing with subprocessors

We work with a small set of trusted subprocessors, including cloud hosting, transactional email and analytics providers. They only process data on our behalf, under written data processing agreements.

6. Retention

Account and order data is kept while your account is active and for up to 6 years afterwards to meet accounting obligations. Uploaded workspace photos are automatically deleted 90 days after the final render is delivered, unless you explicitly archive a project.

7. Your rights

You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time from the dashboard, or by writing to [email protected]. If you believe we are handling your data incorrectly you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Security

Traffic is protected with TLS in transit and data at rest is encrypted on managed cloud infrastructure. Access to production systems is restricted to a limited number of engineers using single sign-on and hardware security keys.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect product changes or new legal requirements. Material changes will be announced by email and inside the product before they take effect.

This policy is maintained by Finqware to explain the product's current practices in plain language. It is not a certification and does not create additional legal warranties beyond those written in the Terms of Service.
