1. Overview
Credits are a prepaid balance you can spend on any workspace design service. Because credits do not expire, most customers simply keep an unused balance for later projects. When a refund is the better option, the rules below apply.
2. Unused credits
You can request a full refund on unused credits within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked. After 14 days unused credits remain on your account and can be used at any time; a refund is still possible but is granted on a case-by-case basis.
3. Credits already spent on a design
Credits that have been spent on a delivered design are considered used. If the delivered render is defective, off-brief or does not match your original request, we will re-run the design at no extra cost or refund the credits used, at your choice.
4. EU right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on prepaid credits that have not yet been used. Requesting the immediate provision of a digital service (for example, starting a design before the 14-day period ends) waives this right for the credits actually consumed by that service.
5. How to request a refund
Send an email to [email protected] from the address linked to your account, including your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
6. Chargebacks & abuse
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the refund policy, chargeback validly delivered services, or attempt to extract credits under false pretences.
