Terms of Service

These terms describe the relationship between you and Finqware when you create an account, buy credits or use any part of the platform. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or purchasing credits you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company to these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for the confidentiality of your password. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Credits & pricing

The platform runs on prepaid credits. One credit costs 0.10 EUR (converted to your chosen currency at the current reference rate at checkout). The minimum purchase is 1 000 credits.

Credits are added to your balance once the payment is cleared. For bank transfers this typically happens within one business day of receiving funds. Credits do not expire, are non-transferable, and can be spent on any service listed in your dashboard.

4. Design services

Design outputs are AI-assisted proposals for workspace layout, furniture and lighting. They are provided for planning purposes and do not replace professional architectural, structural, electrical or safety engineering advice. Always validate any construction work with a licensed professional.

5. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the photos and briefs you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to deliver your design. The rendered designs we deliver to you are licensed for your personal or internal business use. The platform itself, the brand and the underlying software remain our property.

6. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no illegal, harmful, deceptive or infringing content, and no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the platform.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI outputs can contain inaccuracies; you remain the final decision-maker on any change to your workspace.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, with prior notice where reasonably possible. Unused credits at the time of termination may be refunded under the Refund Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state where Finqware is registered. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.

This policy is maintained by Finqware to explain the product's current practices in plain language. It is not a certification and does not create additional legal warranties beyond those written in the Terms of Service.
